How We Work
Engagements are scaled to fit — a single strategic advisory session, a short diagnostic sprint, or a longer engagement running from a few weeks to around 12 weeks. We don't do multi-year desk placements.
Where delivery capacity is needed beyond advisory and facilitation, we draw on a trusted network of experienced OCM practitioners who lead execution on Bespoke Change's behalf — so you get senior strategic thinking and the hands to carry it through, without carrying a large consulting team on-site.
